Is there any food restrictions while breastfeeding?

No such food restrictions during breastfeeding you can include all family food, include seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, eggs, nuts, dairy products etc , plenty of fluids to be taken start exercise after you complete 5months

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 6 m old child5 years agoA. Hi No, There is no food restriction while breast feeding. U can eat freshly prepared homemade food. Just avoid oily, spicy, bakery food. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
