Is there an oil or shampoo that removes lice that we can use on a four-year-old child?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Instead of medicated oils,shampoos for lice use neem oil available in stores.
You can also prepare at home - Wash handful neem leaves ,grind into fine paste ,boil in coconut oil for 5-8 minutes strain oil.
Let it cool down ,apply oil cover baby shoulders with a cloth and comb well the lice will fall off leave it for an hour then do hair wash with mild shampoo ,keep doing 2-3 times for a month.
