is mustard oil massage safe for 1 month old baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Hi...yes it is safe n good oil and wiedly use during winters.Take the warm oil in your palms and gently massage baby’s body. It improves blood circulation and helps in muscle and bone growth. it should be avoid during summer.

you can use Figaro olive oil or Babyhug daily massage oil for baby..
massage is important..
massage strengthen bones and helps reaching milestone in time
