is it good to use groundnut oil for cooking specially for kids kindly suggest

Groundnut oil is totally safe to use for the child you can use any good oil but the only thing is prefer using cold pressed oil as that is definitely definitely a much better option for you to use totally safe and much better and healthier than using any kind of refiners
