Q.
is it good to give deolin and buracoat nebulizers in case of cold and cough? If not then what should be the alertnate one. My son is 2.3 years old.

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could jhbe a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Oh well this is basically a steroid based medicine so it is going to give an instant instant relief to the child and doctors do give this medicine to the kids in the initial time so if you want you can give it there is no such alternative to it you can go for saline water after a while if you want
