Is it advisable to massage a baby with pre heated mustard oil mixed with fenugreek seeds ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you can.. or you may also add garlic cloves instead of fenugreek seeds.
but in summer avoid using mustard oil.
use sesame oil or coconut oil..
