yes low grade rise in body temperature is a sign of teething phase..
this occurs due to stomach infection as kid's tend to put everything in their mouth to chew on..so try to maintain proper hygiene around your child

it is common during teething period
so no need to worry about this matter
please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
