is banyhug thermal is sufficient for my 4 month old daughter? and how to use thermal in winter for babies?

Thermals are good but they are just a layer you’ll have to go ahead with using proper woollen clothes on top of thermals if it is too cold into your region so try to lay the child according to the cold into your region how much ever layers you are using almost similar or one less than that
