Maam you should eat healthy food there is no specific food that I would suggest you to eat have more of proteins into the diet for sure if you are non-vegetarian prefer having egg every day the doctor said that very rich and protein and very healthy and a balanced diet you should have that’s about it you don’t have to eat anything extra to make your child gain weight if you have a good diet then that’s about it
