if me and my baby is suffering from cold and cough and my baby is under breastfeeding...can I continue shatavari and methi for induce my breastmilk

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, you can continue methi and shatavari.. no side effect to baby n on you. continue with bf. it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby
