if after taking unwanted 72 under 24 hrs but pregnency sure this pregnency is safe or not what I do

In such case you should definitely consult with gynaecologist and inform your doctor that you had contraceptive pill before conceive baby. So doctor can advise you well after checking you and baby and having some test. And can prescribe you medicines which will be great for baby’s health
