iam 42 yr old.i have a baby of 4 yrs . but now i want to concieve and we are trying but not getting the result .what to do next.

A. I’m sometimes a second conception can take six months to one year and also when you are willing to conceive go for a natural conception with having a calm mind don’t be a haste to conceive and within one year you do not conceive then you check with your gynaecologist
