Q.

I would like to loose approximately 10kgs of weight which I gained post pregnancy. I eat small meals 5 times a day. Is this better than intermittent fasting? Many people have suggested me to do intermittent fasting. I sm confused.

A. you seek a good dietitian. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wellyou can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. Hi Yes intermittent fasting is quite a good option to go for a minimum of 12 to 16 hours and if you cannot go ahead with that then you should consult a dietician take a proper diet from them and start doing any kind of workout that is also going to be good enough in losing down your weight in a better manner
