I'm lactating mother of 11 months old baby....in pregnancy period I have gained weight too much approximately 23 kg......and this time my weight is approximately 75 kg and height 150 cm.....now I want to weight loss.... then what should. I do please tell in detail......

A. Dear mum, reduction of pregnancy weight takes time and effort, so you have to be patient. Eat mindfully and avoid processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
