Hi i am lactating mother of 4 month baby. Im attaching my report. I have gained 19-20 kg in my pregnancy and lost only 6 kg till now. How to lower my cholesterol & triglyceride?

A. hi mom ur report is not visible along with your question so u need to post ur question again along with the report .. take low fat diet .. start exercising
