Q.

I went through c section before 40 days. still I have belly fat like 3 months ..how can I reduce it ..can you suggest any exercises . and from how many days after I can start exercise

A. if you have undergone c section so to after 3 to 4 months only you can start with some gradual exercises till that time you have to wait that will you can start with some walking
