I normally massage baby thrice a day. After afternoon massage, I give a bath...Rest of the time I just wipe with a normal dry soft cloth ..Is it necessary to give sponge bath or normal bath after every massage?? Or sometimes can we just wipe with a dry soft cloth ??

it's fine if you wipe after massage. it's not nessesary to give bath after ever massage. 
Massage your baby to help improve the blood flow and immunity levels.

You can use olive oil, seasam oil, almond oil, mustard oil or coconut oil to massage your baby.

hello mum definitely you can let it be like this as well there is no need to even sponge it out after every massage especially if it is non stick your it is not very hot outside it will not harm your child otherwise definitely it is not necessary to give bath to the child after every massage
