Can I give oil massage and bath my 5 months old baby twice a day?

I’ll advice u to give a massage twice a day but bath only one time in a day .. as the weather is cold right now so u should not take a chance win that as unnecessary the child may b sick because of that and use heater both the times for massage and abthing as well
