You should keep the area dry to prevent furthur infection and treat with ketoconazole cream after consulting a Dermatologist to rule out other conditions.

Get your rashes properly examined by a doctor for proper diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be started at the right time. Are you a breastfeeding mother?
