I'm having Dry cold and I'm in remote area where I do not have access to doctor easily. What to do ?

A. Mujhe sukha khasi hota hai cough bilkul bhi nhi niklta or srdi se nak jam hai pura to plz koi achi medicine btaye

A. Ma’am what is dry cold that I am not understanding it is just that nose is not running if you’re having sneezing and all constantly then you can Wikoryl that will be very good for you and you can take steam you can put nasal drops but if you’re pregnant avoid medicine but drops and steam you can take and if it’s a normal course then you can take the medicine
