I'm had c section after that my belly it's not reduce its like still pregnant, I'm heared it's diastasis recti anybody knows about that can you suggest me any tips

A. to reduce belly fat exercising is the best way do not reduce your diet and take as you need more of Nutrition to handle the our baby and also to maintain your good health

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would suggest that you need to give your body sometime especially after C section at least six months to recover before you can start with intense exercises for now you can just start with walking around and health get your fitness levels back and you look up a lot of videos online it will suggest what are the exercises you can start once you complete this month after C section
