I'm 6 weeks pregnant. untold yesterday I had dizziness , tiredness and cramps. but today there are no such symptoms. I'm getting very anxious about this. is my foetus alright? is Anxiety common?

A. Hey! Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the condition. Consult your gynaecologist for a personal evaluation and seek medical assessment. Rest well and take a good care of yourself.
