Q.

I'm 4 months pregnant I feel like eating tamirind a lot...I have thyroid??? can I eat or shall I avoid eating it??

A. It is natural for a few people to have cravings for a certain foods but do check if you’re having any iron deficiency anemia and keep taking calcium medications on a daily basis. You are supposed to get your thyroid profile done even if you don’t have while you’re pregnantWrite Your Answer Here

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have limited amount of tamarind in your diet and also it is better to eat amla instead of tamarind. and also you an have amla candy of Patanjali and you an have chatapata candy. take care
