I'm 2 nd c section mom. when I lift my 3 year toddler?

You should actually not lift your three years old toddler at least for first 6 months because in this age kids are little heavy they approximately 15 to 16 kg and it would not be good for your stitches so I would suggest you avoid for at least six months initially
