Nikhil Pratap SinghGuardian of a 1 yr old girl1 week agoA. What you can do
Eat small, frequent bites – don’t force full meals
Eat what you can tolerate, even if it’s limited (plain rice, toast, crackers, banana, curd, soup)
Cold or room-temperature foods often smell less and are easier to eat
Ginger (ginger tea, ginger candy, dry ginger powder with warm water) helps nausea
Lemon water or lemon candy can reduce aversion
Avoid strong smells; ask someone else to cook if possible
Drink fluids between meals, not during (water, coconut water, ORS)
Take prenatal vitamins at night or after food if they worsen nausea
