I have sterilised bottle and kept in bag 2-3 days back Do I need to sterilise again before using

I think it would be better to sterilise it again only because you’ve kept it in a bag only it has been in a cup place and I don’t know if the bottle was totally dry before you place it then it is not a problem but still why take a chance it’s better to sterilise it or if the bottle is clean what you do is wash the water properly with hot water and keep it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour if it is a silicon based bottle
