I have recently delivered mums. Please share essentials about how to take good care of oneself

Maam the most important thing is leave during this time if you really sleep well eat well take proper rest and keep stress out of your mind trust me you would emerge very victorious because men don’t get sleep don’t get rest and you know they get irritated when they have two kids because they cannot strike a balance so just try to do these things for yourself so if you are going to be mentally and physically healthy so how would your kids be
