I have done c sec and inform me be about how and when to use belt using for reducing stomach

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Abdominal belt or binder can be used but it is not very useful to reduce tummy or weight ifu want to loose weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control .. start with brisk walk yoga etc

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello after around a month or 45 days once you feel you are recovered completely and you are comfortable then you can start using the abdominal belt which is absolutely safe and it can be using it during the daytime which would be better and ask per your comfort
