Hi, I wanted to know after C sec can I use maternity belt? If yes, from when can I use? and which belt is good?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. you can start wearing to belt after 1 week of C section would like to suggest instead of using belt you should use cotton cloth or a saree to tie why women as it helps easy movements and is more comfortable than belt you can see the procedure on YouTube
