yes you can use
but it is not that much effective
so instead of spending money on this
I would suggest to prefer natural ways like
go for daily walk.
avoid using vehicles for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual.
prefer green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid taking junk food items.
