ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. after C section you can tie a cotton saree for abdomen bandagesing properly and tightly which is more effective and comfortable than using a belt they should be done from 10th day after delivery for about 2 months
