I have delivered via cesserian on 27th july .... Post op what should i do now

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby. Rest well in between when your baby is sleeping. Consult your doctor for further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice
