I had c section after 8 months i have started exercising to reduce belly fat from 2 days I'm feeling pain in my stomach is it safe??

A. dear Mum, are you saying that it has been 8 months since your c section? if yes, then the muscle pain might be due to the fact that you are exercising after a long time. if not, then you should begin to exercise only after 6 weeks of resting period and upon consulting your doctor.

A. lightly exercise no more than i mean painful

A. Maybe this pain is because of your internal stitches because it takes a lot of time for them to pee so I would suggest you to check with your gynaecologist and go for what they suggest on this
