i had c-section 2 months ago .can I start gym

A. mam it is not recommended to start gym for atleast three months after a C section. also it depends upon the healing of stitches. you can do walk daily and can do post natal yoga but under a professional yoga teacher. please eat home cooked meals only and avoid maida and oily food items.
