Q.

I had a normal delivery and my baby is of 3 months old. post a month of my delivery, bleeding got stopped and felt everything was going normal. I was using belt for tummy but didn't see much difference. how can I get my tummy back. any suggestions could be greatly appreciated

A. Tummy belt is absolutely useless in reducing the tummy fat and you have to work out on a daily basis to lose it along with portion controlWrite Your Answer Here
