#asktheexpert Hello Mam I had a c section delivery on 11 th May. Post delivery , I bleed for around 3 weeks. Then it completely stopped. After 45 days of delivery , again I had bleeding for 2-3 days. Then I have spotting on and off. Today also I have light bleeding. Is this a cause of concern?

A. There should not be spotting even after a proper period So it is better that you consult your doctor and she will start you on hormonal treatmentWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes. Consult your doctor for evaluation advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
