ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. will advice to avoid!! better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding age appropriate spices.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes salt and all the necessary spices to the child and desi ghee as u need to give it proper flavour in the food that u r offering to the child so it’s going to b good to give it all from the beginning itself and that’s going to b good for the child
