I don't have enough breastmilk feeding for baby... she gets hungry often. plz suggest something for increase in breast milk.

Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
have healthy diet..
Have fluids before and after breast feeding.

take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardhan
take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick
more you nurse milk will increase
regularly pumping increase milk you can use Babyhug electric breast pump
