Q.

hello good morning ma'am I am not getting enough milk for my son how I should increase my milk.can you suggest any capsule which may increase my breast feeding.

A. Take Shatavari powder three times in the day that’s going to be helpful along with that increase the content of liquid into your daily diet including milk water buttermilk coconut water anything healthy of the source that you would want and high and protein rich diet
