Q.
Now my son is 6th month old... I don' t have breast milk... but upto 4th month it was very well.. I don't know why suddenly decreased. how to increase please give some suggestions.

U can try having some lactation supplements they should be fruitful along with that have about 4 to 5 L of liquid per day including water buttermilk coconut water whatever you are willing to and also go ahead with having good amount of fibre and protein rich diet and pulses are very important part of the diet
