Q.
I didn't have belly fat prior to my caesarean delivery, but after the operation, it has increased. I would appreciate your advice on how to get rid of this belly fat.

Look till the time your stitches do not heal completely internal and external you cannot go for a walk out and dieting is out of the question till the time your feeling a child it is a very normal thing for a woman to have little bit of a stomach after their delivery but with a proper workout and dieting UK loser down over the period
