I can see some small pimples on my baby’s back. Am doing warm mustard Oil massage since a week due to cold.. Is it bcoz of that?? Please suggest

A. It Could be so if you have a doubt about it then stop using mustard oil for the timing mostly does not happen because of mustard oil in winter season but in summer season sometime it can happen there is a possibility of 50% in that
