Q.

I am not able produce breastmilk for by my baby, he is 7months old and drinking more water and taking galact as well so please help how can improve my breath milk

A. hi, do Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
