Divyabharathi vuppuluriMom of 2 children10 months agoA. Hi dear, I am using Johnson's Baby Oil for my baby. It is a mild, mineral-based oil that's specifically designed for baby's sensitive skin. It’s free from chemicals. It is gentle and doesn't cause irritation. It is also hypoallergenic and dermatologist-tested. It is light and non sticky oil. Apply the oil after a bath. This can help lock in moisture more effectively.
Rakhi PMom of 2 children12 months agoA. Mustard oil is not suitable for the babies skin. it's ideal to avoid it. for both my children I have used Johnson's Baby Oil. It's very good for everyday massage of the child and helps in making the skin soft and moisturised as well. It's enriched with Vitamin E making it a perfect choice for regular use for babies. do check out once and try to avoid mustard oil dear.

Hi dear, avoid using mustard oil, it is not good for baby's delicate skin, it may block the skin pores, instead you can use Johnson's Baby Oil, it is enriched with vitamin E and non sticky too, I m also using this for my baby before giving bath and loved that it makes skin soft and smooth throughout the day.
Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. can go for any other oil.
you can go for any oil application on the scalp as well as body of the child.
the thing is that after application it should not cause any allergy on the skin of the child.
if it is causing allergy and rash then kindly change the brand.
the safest oil is always coconut oil or virgin coconut oil but you can choose any oil which is not causing allergy
