I am lactose intolerant but i cant give up dairy , im 8 months pregnant now, can I take lactase enzyme capsules ? is it safe for my baby?

A. why you want to taje it. ok.see your doctor.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.. . .
