A. Well for a start you can concentrate on your diet being a nurse I needn't tell you about nutrition you know the right food to take.Coming to hairfall if you feel its excess get your iron and proteins from the diet. Avoid using the normal shampoos and start with professional ones like wella sp repair or sp smoothen with a mask or conditioner. Since your washing daily conditioner is better than a mask. After shampooing always use a conditioner. Get the ones which give you volume there are many options under sp shampoos.
