Q.

I am a mother of twins of 6 weeks. I am able to produce from few days . Please help what should I do?

A. Hello my dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, garlic, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. It is advisable to consult a lactation specialist for further guidance in this matter. Reduce your stress levels . Good luck and take care
