Q.

I am a breastfeeding mom.. should I avoid any food which might cause gas in the baby? is Moong daal safe And consuming rice safe during this period safe ?

A. yes can take moong dal.. no worries, Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage citrus fruits.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and being a breastfeeding mother you should have less oily and spicy food and yes you can have moong dal with rice and also add some hing in your dal. Take care
