Q.
I am 4 months pregnant and second time..I am suffering from lower back pain.My doctor told to have complete bedrest for one month..as uterus is on lower part. what should I do ?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your back with almond oil and olive oil. Also you should use a hot water bottle and medicine only aftwr doctor prescription and instructions. Take care
