Hello doctor I m suffering from heavy vaginal discharge , itching and lower back pain ..

Heavy discharge, itching in the vaginal area is a due to urinary tract infection.
Keep the vaginal area clean and dry. Change panties frequently.
Using v wash intimate hygiene.
Drink plenty of water to get rid of the This problem.
